Let’s call this segment cooking with Ben, we got a BBQ sometime in the summer months and my partner loves it. For his birthday last week he got a solar light so he can still use the BBQ now it’s dark out. So tonight he made these.
Zesta Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs
1 tbsp garlic and onion powder
125g cream cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/4 cup Zesta (Buy here)
1 kilo mice (we used beef)
1 egg * 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the mince, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper ( lots of pepper according to Ben) 📷
In your hand make thin layer of mince mixture then add a dollop of the cream cheese/Zesta mix and roll into a ball, do this with all the mixture (makes about 7-8)
Ours was cooked on the BBQ but can cook in a frypan or even the oven works.
