20. Refunds for Customer Errors or Subscription Changes

Transaction Recovery Fee
Payment processors (such as Visa or Mastercard) do not refund the fees they charge us.
Because of this, cash refunds issued due to customer error may include a small Transaction Recovery Fee (typically around 2–3%) to cover these non-recoverable costs.
Store Credit Option
To avoid this fee, you can choose store credit instead of a cash refund.
In this case, 100% of the payment value will be applied to your account for your next order.
Faulty Services
This fee does not apply if the refund is required due to:
