Ingredients
( note - pre make your own ravioli dough an hour and roast pumpkin prior using a recipe of your choosing )
4 Tablespoons of GoodBugs Kimchi
100 grams Chicken Mince
2 Cups roasted pumpkin
Feta - for garnishing
Baby spinach - for garnishing
Method
Fry chicken mince using 2 tablespoons of kimchi juice, salt & pepper to taste. Drain off any remaining liquid and let sit.
Cut your ravioli into desired shapes to fill and place a teaspoon of your preloaded smashed pumpkin, 1/4 teaspoon of chicken & 1/2 teaspoon of your favourite GoodBugs Kimchi.
Seal up your ravioli bites. While you are preparing the ravioli fill up a saucepan of water gently salted and bring to the boil. Once boiling pop ravioli in ( you may want to do this in 3 lots ). When the ravioli is cooked it will float.
Garnish with feta and baby spinach leaves for a delicious hot ravioli with a hot kimchi bite.
