A delicious salad you can have hot or cold weather depending serves approx 4 adults
Good Bugs purple zuurkool sauerkraut
1/2 a cucumber
1/2 a block of creamy feta
1/2 a Tub of Greek yogurt & cucumber dip
Mint & nasturtium to garnish
Slice oranges in to segments and arrange as a bottom layer on a bowel.
Crumb 1/2 a block of feta of your choosing over top of the oranges.
Slice cucumber into half moons and edge the bowl with them.
Add a generous heap of purple zuurkool sauerkraut on top of the feta and oranges. Then add a dollop of the greek yogurt on top and garnish with fresh mint and nasturtium. Voila - a delicious crisp salad for lunch or dinner !
You can also turn this into a warmer dish by popping it in the oven for 20 minutes on bake at 180 degrees before adding garnishing & cucumbers
