We've taken our punchy Kiss Me Kimchi and freeze dried it. We sprinkle it on everything. What a fun way to eat kimchi and add a probiotic boost to many meals.

Kiss Me Kimchi Vegan Kimchi made with Savoy and Green Cabbage provides a powerful punch for those that want something a bit more heat.

Ingredients: * Green Cabbage *Savoy Cabbage, Ginger Root, Garlic*, Daikon Radish, Carrot, Chilli, Red Pepper, Onion* Umami Salt**, Organic Salt
*Sprayfree  **Koji Shio fermented salt

You can even reconstitute the freeze dried kimchi with water.
