We use spray-free cabbages grown by local Waikato farmers, then wild ferment in small batches to create a probiotic-rich powerhouse packed with lactic acid bacteria and flavour. No shortcuts. Old-school Dutch-style – just cabbage and salt. Pure, clean flavour. The nostalgic favourite for many of our European fans.
