A beginner-friendly, sweet-tart favourite.
This is the kraut for those who “don’t like sauerkraut" ... yet. Sweet As blends raw honey, mustard and turmeric for an anti-inflammatory sweet surprise.. We add the flavour after fermentation to protect the enzymes and keep that honey sweet.

Ingredients:
Spray-free cabbage, organic salt. Post-fermentation: raw honey, yellow and black mustard seeds, organic turmeric root, celery seeds.
