Our vegan kimchi brings all the bold flavour of classic kimchi, without the fish sauce. Thanks to a carefully fermented koji salt (Shio Koji), it’s rich in umami, big on spice, and friendly to plant-based eaters. Add to rice bowls, tacos, or kimchi pancakes!
