A beginner-friendly, sweet-tart favourite.

This is the kraut for those who “don’t like sauerkraut”… yet.

Sweet As blends raw honey, mustard and turmeric for an anti-inflammatory sweet surprise. We add the flavour after fermentation to protect the natural enzymes and keep that honey beautifully fresh and alive.

This one started from a simple Facebook poll asking what flavours people wanted to see and evolved through a few iterations into one of our most loved ferments. We’re especially proud to use local honey from Raglan's Hunt & Gather Bee Co. who are also part of our local Cambridge market community.

Ingredients:
Spray-free cabbage, organic salt. Post-fermentation: raw honey, yellow and black mustard seeds, organic turmeric root, celery seeds.
