I've been making peanut butter and nut butters for a few years now Then a few months ago I found this recipe for kimchi flavoured cashew butter turned out it’s really good.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cashews (almonds also work nicely)
- 1 tsp tamari
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup GoodBugs Kimchi (Buy it Here)
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Method:
Using a powerful blender mix the nuts and seeds into a paste then add the rest of the ingredients and blend till nut butter consistency
